Horrible place that cares more about money than helping their clients. Even staff members complain about the practice. You'll never reach anyone by phone, only get an answering machine and if you're lucky you might get a call back. Once, my child's appointment was cancelled so I could meet with a staff member to go over results of a test since they cannot double charge the insurance company for one day. The "meeting" was a quick 2 minute hand off of paper work and about 5 words that they could have told me at his therapy appointment but refused to do since they wouldn't be able to charge for it. Also keep copies of all paperwork and if you do leave the practice expect to be treated like complete garbage or completely ignored when you request any type of paper work. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I don't even want to give one star. This place is awful. The therapist was wonderful and should look for a new place to practice because if she stays here, the place will chase away all her patients. Every time I went there, there was always an issue with them trying to get more money from me. They say they are a participating provider but in reality they will try everything to get more money than what they are supposed to get. I am not the first to leave them because of this and I am sure I will not be the last. The entire billing department should be fired along with whomever their supervisor is because they know what is going on and keep letting it happen. To me they are trying to commit insurance fraud. First the tell me that my co-pay went up(double the amount), that was false. Then they sent me a statement saying that I was past due on co-pays and owed them for other visits - that was false. Stay away from this place, they don't care about the patients and getting them help, all they care about is taking money from you that they aren't supposed to get.
